New Voting Arrangement for POTY 2004 Contest
We have further enhanced the Random order list for a voting gallery. The voting gallery will now only be re-sorted into a new random order in each one-hour interval. In this case, a member will find the same order list within a hour, that should be suffered for a member to make votes in an easiler way as it is very unlikely a member may make vote over one hour in each online session.
This is a long-term arrangement that makes Photos-of-the-Year.com goes into a new edge, and our POTY 2004 Annual Contest will follow this new arrangement for the best result.
